By registering with FriliX, you hereby agree to the following terms of service:

Office Hours

Our office hours are from Sunday to Thursday, from 04:00 AM to 04:00 PM (UTC Timezone), which corresponds to 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the Asia/Dhaka Timezone.

Support Levels

Outside of our office hours, only Signature Customers and Premium Customers are eligible for support. Here's how we categorize our customers:

  • Regular Customers: Customers who spend under $100 USD/year.
  • Premium Customers: Customers who spend more than $100 USD/year.
  • Signature Customers: Customers who spend more than $100 USD/month and have a separate identification ID. They can access support outside of office hours.

Support Channels

Our customer support is available through the following channels:

  • Web LiveChat: Instant support via our website's live chat feature.
  • WhatsApp: Support available through WhatsApp messaging.
  • Email: Support requests can be sent via email.

Premium Customers have access to direct phone support during their specified hours.
