Contracts Between Frilix & User

By registering with FriliX, you hereby agree to the following terms of service:

1. Domain Registration and Renewals

All domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable. This means that once a domain is registered or renewed, it cannot be changed or refunded.

2. Web Hosting Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on our web hosting packages. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can request a refund. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining time of your subscription. For example, if you have paid $50 for a month (30 Days) and cancel after 15 days, you will receive a refund of $25. Besides after issuing a refund from us your service will be terminated.

If Web Hosting packages are purchased under a yearly agreement, there will be no refund policy. Refunds are only applicable for monthly packages.

3. Reseller's Refund Policy

Resellers have a 72-hour window for a full refund. If you request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase, you will receive a full refund. However, if 72 hours have passed, no refunds will be issued. Besides after issuing a refund from us your service will be terminated.

If Reseller Hosting packages are purchased under a yearly agreement, there will be no refund policy. Refunds are only applicable for monthly packages.
